Medley at Mirada 55+ Homes and Amenities

Explore Medley at Mirada, the community's 55+ neighborhood with villas, detached homes, the Medley Club, sports courts, pool and social spaces.

Based on official community, district, county and agency sources linked on this page.

What to know

Medley is the age-qualified 55+ neighborhood within Mirada; the rest of Mirada is not entirely age restricted. Lennar's Medley collections include villas and detached homes centered on a dedicated clubhouse and active-adult amenities, while residents remain part of the larger lagoon community.

Medley within the larger Mirada community

Lennar describes Mirada Active Adult as a 55-plus collection with access to the Medley Club, including fitness, social programming and food-and-beverage space. The larger Mirada community also centers the lagoon, paths and neighborhood amenities.

Medley therefore has two layers of amenities: its own active-adult club setting and the broader Mirada environment organized around the MetroLagoon.

What 55-plus does and does not mean

The 55-plus label does not necessarily mean every owner or occupant must be 55. Federal law sets the broader rules, while Medley's documents explain how they apply here. The HUD guidance explains the federal requirements. Ask for Medley's current policy before assuming who can live in the home.

Ask who must be 55 or older, whether younger adults may reside permanently, what documentation is required, and how guests or inherited ownership are handled. Get the answer in writing if younger household members may live with you.
